Financial Audit
I would like to thank everyone who has ensured that their, or their families', payments are up to date. I would also like to thank everyone who has chosen to pay their fees by standing order directly into our club's bank account. When we are trying to audit over £5,000 per month from 125 families on behalf of 170 swimmers, payments by standing order are a huge benefit.

As you are all well aware by now we changed our fee structure back in April to one that is easier to understand and audit. Our policy was to give people 3 months until the end of June to change their standing order arrangements. This has now passed and we have now carried out an audit of payments made in this period. We have calculated that we are owed around £2,000 in subscription payments and we will be contacting those members who have either not paid or whose payments fall short. Please bear with us during this time. Thank you.

We have managed to acquire some extra training time at 5-6pm. on the following days-
Sunday 22nd August
Sunday 29th August
Sunday 5th September.
This will be a mixture of training,Competitive Start Assessment and timed swims depending on the number of swimmers at each session. Swimmers who usually attend any of the sessions below are invited to come:
- Monday, Friary 5.30pm
- All Tuesday sessions at Nether Stowe
- Wednesday, Friary 7pm and 8pm
- Sunday, Nether Stowe 9 am
If you are under 13 years of age and usually train on a Sunday at 4pm you can do the two hours. Please write your name on the notice board at the Friary if you are interested.
